As the Dean of Business and Technology, I lead the college's career and technical programs, which includes both workforce and academic transfer programs. I am also the project director for the Achieving the Dream OER Degree Grant Initiative at San Jacinto College. SJC is part of the Texas Consortium that includes Austin, Alamo, and El Paso Community Colleges. We offer an OER Associate Degree in General Studies and an OER Associate Degree in Business. SJC will also be developing in Spring 2018 an OER technical certificate in Retail Management.
