I lead the online curriculum development team that serves BYU-Idaho and BYU-PathwayWorldwide (about 45,000 students in 43 states and 71 countries). Prior to BYU-Idaho, I lead the BYU Independent Study course design team and worked as an instructional designer for the BYU Technology-Assisted Language Learning (TALL) group. I earned my PhD in Instructional Psychology and Technology (IP&T) from BYU. (I know… a lot of BYU… yet I was born and raised a Ute ;-). My wife Karen and I have seven rascally and wonderful kids—my family is the joy of my life!
